Mark specializes in Technical Program/Project Management, Large-Scale IT Systems Integration, SOX Compliance, and database performance management and tuning.

Mark's most recent assignments include delivering IT SOX compliance tools, methods and processes and managing the PMO operations for a major telecom client, server as technical manager for a variety of large-scale, highly-complex large-scale systems implementations for major retailers across the company and leading all technical development and implementation for a multi-million package/custom design and implementation program.

Mark has worked for AGS Consulting Services, The Sabre Group, ACS Professional Services, The Harbour Group and has spent the last many years as a successful independent consultant. Mark has worked with our Founder and President since the early 1998 where they have jointly delivered high-quality consulting solutions to clients in a variety of industries.
