Mike brings over 20 years of hands-on Big 6 level IT consulting success and 13 years of corporate IT Leadership to the firm. M2M Consulting Associates, Inc., (previously Mounce Enterprises), is his third successful IT consulting services start-up.

In recent years, Mike has focused almost exclusively on helping clients achieve success in their most critical delivery areas like achieving rapid IT SOX compliance, surviving a (planned or unplanned) CIO/IT Director transition, recovering a critical IT Program/Project that is floundering or failing and establishing/delivering IT Program/Project Management Office (PMO) capabilities for complex IT initiatives.

Prior to starting M2M Consulting, Mike was leading the CIO Advisory Services area for Andersen Business Consulting and later for BearingPoint (formerly KPMG Consulting) for the Southwestern U.S. This practice specialized in working directly with CIO's in any industry to help them achieve better business alignment, improved operational effectiveness, streamlined day-to-day operations, repeatable delivery excellence and reduced cost.

During his career, Mike has worked for PriceWaterhouse, Booz-Allen & Hamilton, Andersen Business Consulting, Gemini Consulting/CGA and Bearingpoint (formerly KPMG Consulting). He has also been a Founding Partner in a IT Consulting Services firm where he led Systems Integration on a world-wide basis and has most recently built M2M Consulting Associates, Inc.

Prior to becoming a professional IT consultant, Mike was a Divisional IT Director (CIO) for a 250 person IT organization. He has a BS in Computer Science and a MS in Software Engineering and resides in Dallas, Texas.

Mike's industry expertise includes telecom, retail, high-tech, financial services, entertainment, automotive, transportation and printing/production among others.
